3. WildHire’s Role  

WildHire solely provides a platform for lodges and businesses to find freelance guides. We do not employ, contract, or manage freelancers, nor are we involved in any payments. Once a lodge or business connects with a freelancer, all further arrangements, including payment and work agreements, are their responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities  

- Lodges and businesses must conduct their own due diligence before hiring a freelancer.  

- Freelancers must ensure they are legally eligible to work in the applicable region.  

- Users must communicate honestly and professionally.  

5. Vetting Process  

WildHire vets freelancers based on ID verification and reference checks. This vetting is limited and does not serve as a guarantee of skill, professionalism, or reliability.

6. No Guarantees & Liability Disclaimer  

- WildHire does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or conduct of freelancers.  

- WildHire is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from engagements facilitated through our platform.  

- Users engage at their own risk and should take independent precautions.  

7. Intellectual Property  

All content on WildHire, including logos, text, and branding, is the property of WildHire. Users may not use or distribute our content without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Use  

WildHire collects and processes user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to this data collection.

9. Account Termination
