1. Introduction
Welcome to the WildHire CV Review & Report. By purchasing and using this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which sit alongside WildHire's main platform Terms & Conditions.

3. Definitions
"WildHire" refers to our platform and services, including the CV Review & Report.
"Candidate" refers to any individual who purchases or uses the CV Review & Report.
"Report" refers to the written CV review and recommendations generated for a Candidate.
4. WildHire's Role
WildHire provides the CV Review & Report as a paid CV review service, compiled by our in-house recruitment team. We do not act as your recruiter or employer, and we are not involved in any hiring decision made about you. Once your Report is delivered, what you do with it — including any changes you make to your CV — is your responsibility.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must submit a CV that is genuinely their own and accurate.
Candidates are responsible for reviewing and finalising any changes made to their CV, whether based on the Report's suggestions or otherwise.
Candidates must ensure the email address provided is correct, as this is how the Report is delivered.
Candidates must submit a completed questionnaire together with their CV. WildHire is unable to compile a Report without both, and the delivery timeline in Section 9 only begins once both have been received.
6. How the Report Is Compiled
Each Report is manually compiled by a member of WildHire's in-house recruitment team, based on the CV and details a Candidate submits. It reflects that reviewer's professional judgement and experience reviewing CVs for safari and hospitality roles across Southern Africa. It does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice, and, as with any expert opinion, views on how to present a CV can vary between reviewers — this Report is one professional's guidance, not the only valid approach.
7. No Guarantees & Liability Disclaimer
WildHire does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any suggestion in the Report.
WildHire does not guarantee that using the Report, or making the changes it suggests, will result in interviews, job offers, or employment, whether on the WildHire platform or elsewhere.
WildHire is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from changes a Candidate makes to their CV based on the Report.
Candidates use the Report at their own risk and should apply independent judgement before relying on any suggestion.
8. Pricing & Payment
The Report is a once-off payment of R199 (South African Rand), with no subscription or recurring charge.
Payment is processed securely by Paystack. WildHire does not store card details.
WildHire may change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is what applies to that order.
9. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed and your completed questionnaire and CV have been received, a member of WildHire's recruitment team will manually compile and deliver your Report to the email address provided. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from that point. If a Report is not received within 5 business days of submitting your questionnaire and CV, contact hello@wildhire.co.za.
10. Refunds
Because compiling a Report requires your input, WildHire does not offer refunds once a Report has been sent. If payment was made but no Report was received due to an error on WildHire's side, contact hello@wildhire.co.za and WildHire will resend the Report or refund the payment.
If WildHire is unable to compile your Report because your questionnaire or CV has not been submitted, we will attempt to contact you using the details you provided, up to 3 times. If there is no response after 3 attempts, you forfeit your right to a refund for that Report.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on WildHire, including logos, text, and branding, is the property of WildHire. The Report is provided for a Candidate's personal use in their own job search only; it may not be resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose.
12. Privacy & Data Use
WildHire collects and processes Candidate data, including CV content, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you consent to this data collection.
13. Account & Access
Reports are issued per purchase and are not tied to a WildHire account. WildHire reserves the right to withhold or revoke a Report where a submission is found to violate these Terms & Conditions, including where a Candidate has submitted a CV that is not genuinely their own.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes must first be addressed through direct negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or legal channels.
15. Updates to These Terms
WildHire may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service signifies acceptance of any changes.
By purchasing or using the WildHire CV Review & Report, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
